What will YOU do as Client Advisor Intern

Step into the dynamic realm of client advising at Mediaplus Belgium. As a Client Advisor Intern, you'll be the crucial element that enhances our client account management process. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will stand out, guiding the path in our collaborative journey with clients.

Visualize yourself navigating the diverse landscape of marketing and advertising. You'll learn to adeptly handle client relationships, comprehend their distinct requirements, and back our experienced advisors in devising strategies that consistently meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
• Support the Client Advisors in managing client accounts, including communications, reporting, and project management
• Participate in regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on ongoing projects
• Collaborate with our team of digital media experts to help develop and implement customized media strategies
• Assist in developing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services and the results achieved for clients
• Help conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices
• Assist in developing proposals and statements of work for new business opportunities
• Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth under the guidance of the Client Advisors

Requirements

• You get excited about delivering customer service that's so good it could win an Oscar, and you’re all about making friends with clients
• You've got communication skills that could rival a Shakespearean actor, and your presentations are known to occasionally induce standing ovations
• Your mind is a bit like Sherlock Holmes - you love diving into performance data and sniffing out areas for improvement
• You're self-motivated and proactive - if there's a fire, you're the first one with a bucket of water, not the one waiting for the fire brigade
• You've got attention to detail that would put a jeweler to shame, and you're passionate about delivering results for clients
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle tasks like a circus performer. The more plates spinning, the better!
• You can navigate Microsoft Office like a seasoned explorer, and if you're familiar with digital media tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics, then that's the cherry on top
• You speak French and/or Dutch fluently
• You’re available for a minimum duration of 5 months
• You’re currently enrolled at a school / university
