To support our next stage of growth, we’re looking for someone to work closely alongside the founder.
Not a traditional project manager. A right hand who takes ownership across clients, projects, team and business.

The Role

You are the link between Nathalie (Founder), the team and the client.
You ensure projects don’t just look great, they move forward, create impact and remain commercially healthy.

You will:

• Lead branding, packaging and digital projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, margins, planning and quality, and step in when adjustments are needed
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships
• Think beyond execution and contribute to positioning, commercial opportunities and the growth of both clients and OFF THE GRID
• Bring structure to the team and oversee capacity, processes and operational flow

You understand that outstanding creativity and a healthy business go hand in hand.

This is not a role where you simply complete tasks.
This is a role where you help shape direction, make decisions and take responsibility for the bigger picture.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:

• Combines strong organisational skills with excellent communication and business awareness
• Sees opportunities before clients do and understands when a request is actually a bigger strategic challenge
• Understands both the creative and commercial side of a business
• Guides clients with confidence and isn’t afraid to challenge them when needed
• Thrives on responsibility
• Keeps an overview across multiple projects simultaneously
• Works independently while bringing people along with them
• Feels comfortable discussing budgets, margins and profitability
• Understands how a creative business grows and operates successfully

Experience within an agency or a similar environment is important.
Experience in branding, strategy or design-driven projects is a strong advantage.

You will become a key part of how the company operates, both internally and externally.
This role is designed with the future in mind.

You will:

• Gradually take on a larger part of the operational leadership of the company
• Become a trusted partner for both clients and team
• Help structure and scale OFF THE GRID
• Be able to temporarily step into the founder’s role when needed
• Have the opportunity to actively shape the future of the business

We’re not looking for an executor.
We’re looking for someone who wants to help carry the company forward.

Practical Information

• Full-time
• Antwerp (on-site)
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Competitive salary package based on experience and level of responsibility
