The Graphic Designer, as a member of the Wrangler marketing team, will contribute to the ideation and execution of memorable brand experiences across all off-line platforms.

This role is responsible for driving the graphic execution of brand messages and campaigns, following the marketing strategy and calendar, consistent with the brand look & feel. Working closely with the different marketing channels, the Graphic Designer will deliver the best in class brand experience to our customers and audiences in all touchpoints.

We are looking for a strong creative profile specialised in Graphic Design, experience in retail is a plus. You will be a key player in the marketing team. The job will offer a lot of variety and high focus on brand right communication. Partnership with cross-functional teams is essential to success.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop concepts and create graphic executions for brand initiatives together with the different marketing channels.
  • Determine the best way to execute the concepts across marketing campaigns and POS communication, in order to deliver the best in class brand experience to our customers and audiences in all touchpoints, such as :
  • Sell-in support : catalogues, lookbooks, etc
  • Sell-out support : in-store graphics, POS material & communication, window concepts & graphics, retail guidelines, etc
  • PR & events support
  • Other print collateral 
  • Support the marketing team in achieving brand goals and objectives.
  • Inspire creativity among team members.
  • Champion the brand identity and adhere to design standards.

Profile & skills

  • Graphic Design degree or equal through experience.
  • Experience in retail and knowledge of materials is a definite plus.
  • Minimum 2-­3 years experience.
  • Passionate about brand environments and about the Wrangler brand.
  • Passionate about design & communication.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and developments in fashion, design, printing,…
  • Highly creative with the ability to concept and design with an eye for detail.
  • Expert in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator,… Knowledge of any 3D programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of typography and layout best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
  • Possess a strong design portfolio in a marketing or studio environment.
