Paloma is looking for a pro-active and detail oriented office manager. You'll keep things running behind the scenes: administrative support, payroll, facilities and the little details that make Paloma a great place to work.

Your responsibilities:
- you’ll keep track of internal processes and workflows
- you’ll support administratively by handling invoicing (in and out) and keep track of basic financial reporting
- you’ll keep contracts and documentation up-to-date
- you’ll support multiple HR matters such as payroll preparation, communication with our payroll provider, keeping track of team holidays,...
- you’ll coordinate business trips & bookings
- you’ll manage the office environment, including supplies, layout, and organization. You’ll coordinate with building management and vendors to ensure a comfortable and efficient workplace.
Who you are:
- you have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a creative agency or studio.
- you get energized by being in a creative environment
- you have innate problem solving skills to help you prioritize tasks & overcome obstacles
- you have excellent verbal & written knowledge of English
- you have great communication skills and an open-minded & collaborative mindset
- you have a strong knowledge of HR & all payroll related matters
- knowledge of Notion is a great plus
