What this job expects of you

  • We are building something special at You will attract, engage, and hire only the best talent to help us reach our goals. For the rest of 2021 we are looking for up to 10 Cumulians to join our team of 26 with 8 different nationalities in 4 countries.
  • Proactivity and a true can-do mentality are key in all aspects of this role, especially in owning all HR processes across the company from recruitment to performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
  • You’ll be the main point of contact together with the respective team leads for all Cumulians to ensure a smooth employee experience day-in day-out at

  • You will be the direct link with our payroll partner and will be responsible for the setup and review of employee contracts in line with the latest labour and insurance regulations.

You will closely collaborate with the founding team and the financial administration to reach our joint recruitment targets in line with’s growth plan. You look for automation where possible to further smoothen the recruitment and other HR processes.

Who we are looking for

  • You are a proven HR professional with 5-7 years of solid hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development. Some experience in a (SaaS) software environment is a strong plus.
  • You are a confident and self-driven person, naturally engaging with talent in- and outside and independently managing your time and projects. You speak English fluently, ideally in combination with good/fluent Dutch.
  • You put the team first and are eager to help develop a team in 4 countries, with a US office in New York. You’re digitally savvy and enjoy engaging with all Cumulians across multiple channels.
  • You have a structured approach towards setting up processes, while always keeping the end result in mind. You enjoy juggling around with data at the benefit of continuously improving your day-to-day work.
