What our account manager – digital does 

As our account manager – digital, you’ll be at the centre of it all. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and act as their go-to contact for everything digital. You’ll also be the main point of contact for our digital, strategy and creative teams, as well as external partners. And you’ll work in the Client Service team, alongside our client partner, account directors and account executives. 

What else is there ...  

  • You keep our social media, SEA, SEO and GEO projects on track and aligned with the strategy. On budget, on time, on point: that’s the gist of it. 
  • You brief the digital team, follow up on campaigns and reporting, and make sure everything comes together. 
  • You stay on top of proposals and invoicing, and you’re always looking for ways to improve project profitability. 
  • You’re a natural planner who makes the life of our traffic & operations manager easier. 
  • You keep your account director in the loop and know when to tap them on the shoulder for guidance or support. 

What we are looking for 

The account manager – digital of our dreams is down-to-earth, empathetic and great at building relationships. Both colleagues and clients love working with you.   

  • You’ve worked as a (digital) account manager or project manager in an agency, so you keep your cool when things get hectic. 
  • You have hands-on experience with digital marketing – social, SEA, SEO and GEO – and understand how these channels reinforce each other. 
  • Digital and technological innovations hold no secrets for you. 
  • You do what you say, say what you do, and genuinely care about your clients and team. 
  • You’re detail-oriented, know how to set priorities and shift gears. 
  • You help keep team morale high, without aiming for a high profile. 
  • You’re comfortable working in Dutch, French and English.
