FibriCheck has been launched in the Belgian market and the feedback of our paying customers is overwhelmingly positive. FibriCheck is growing steadily and in order to accelerate our market penetration in Belgium, we are recruiting a high-performing (digital) marketing manager.


You will be thoroughly involved in a wide range of multi-channel marketing projects, requiring strategic vision and operational hands-on excellence. Your overall goal is to take ownership of FibriCheck marketing in order to develop an excellent exposure of our product.

You are expected to develop a strong marketing strategy to really captivate interested visitors into customers and will work very closely with the senior management team to define the optimal marketing strategy

  • Marketing Strategy: Defining the FibriCheck marketing strategy and taking ownership of FibriCheck marketing (online & offline), including strategic approach, roll-out and prioritization
  • Reporting: Setting up reporting of each marketing channel
  • Improvements through analysis: Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization - the attraction of customers through all possible means is your main task!
  • Events & fairs: Taking the lead for marketing exposure on events and fairs, thereby being a strong backbone for the sales team
  • Traffic generation: Managing SEO/SEA and traffic generation initiatives on the FibriCheck website
  • Marketing campaigns: You're a master in developing out-of-the box campaigns to strengthen the FibriCheck brand by correctly combining different brands.

Your profile

  • You have a master degree (Marketing, communication, business) and a couple years (>5) of relevant experience
  • You are a digital native with strong knowledge of Google Analytics. Experience with Photoshop InDesign and/or Illustrator is an additional asset
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills and you are results-oriented
  • You have experience with conversion optimization
  • You can manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • You are hands on and able to work independently
  • You are open to feedback and new ideas, always willing to change what you are doing in the light of new information
  • You have the desire and enthusiasm to play a key role in our expansion plans
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and preferably French. Any other language is an asset
  • You have a basic understanding of the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, e-health, CRO’s, etc..), preferably as a marketer/service provider
