CONNECTIONS is looking for a DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR  for our Support Center located in Vilvoorde: 

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Content Creator to join our team. If you have a passion for content creation & management, an eye for detail, and expertise in optimizing websites for search engines, we want you to be a part of our digital transformation journey.

As our Digital Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring  the consistency in branding and in optimizing content, functionality & performance of our website while improving search engine rankings. You'll be responsible for both maintaining and enhancing the website's content and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1/ Website management

  • Manage and maintain the Connections.be online store, ensuring it functions smoothly, loads efficiently, and delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Daily update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements in line with our corporate brand guidelines.
  • Curate, create and improve content to ensure the best possible presentation of our offer.

2/ Content Management

  • Upload, format, and manage website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
  • Ensure content is up-to-date, accurate and aligned with brand guidelines

3/ Optimal User Experience

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize landing pages for improved user experience and conversion rates.
  • Implement best practices for layout, messaging, and call-to-action placement.

4/ SEO Strategy & technical SEO management

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization.

5/ Technical SEO management

  • Monitor, analyse, and optimize website performance to ensure rapid loading times and impeccable mobile responsiveness.
  • Carefully oversee technical aspects such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup, regularly improving search engine visibility.

6/ Performance measurement & improvement

  • Implement comprehensive performance measurement strategies, continually tracking, analysing, and reporting on website and SEO performance.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and advanced SEO software to provide detailed insights and actionable recommendations, including A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a content creator (2 years)
  • Affinity with optimising online presentation (lay-out, branding, ...)
  • Proficiency in web development technologies and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Storyblok or Element).
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and testing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Multilingual NL/FR/EN.
