Tipaw is an innovative and fast-growing startup concerned by animal welfare issues. In response to identified dog-breeding abuse we have developed a platform liaising responsible dog breeders with responsible puppy seekers. We aim to harmonize animal-friendly breeding standards/practices based on a code of ethic for breeders.
