Fangio

Fangio is a lounge chair entirely made of polyurethane. The lounge chair consists of 3 parts: a mattress of framefoam and comfort foam, and 2 supports. The mattress hangs in a straight line between the supports in rest and bends onto the ground if one will lie on the lounge chair. The mattress follows entirely the line of the body. The position is adaptable by moving the 2 supports. The design is an abstraction of the formula 1 car of Juan Manuel Fangio, who was one of the greatest racecar drivers of the twentieth century.
