- Design and develop Xeikon, BasysPrint, and Punch|Graphix packaging.
- Create release procedures for the packaging and generate guidelines for its design and implementation using software such as Pro/E Wildfire 2, SAP, and MS Access.
- Complete follow-up of the manufacturing and testing of packaging materials.
- Determine costs of packaging production.
- Apply a methodological approach towards the packaging design process, incorporating the current (mechanical) design and release process.
- Assist R&D/Mechanical department with designing and releasing new products.
December 2003 – April 2004: Designer; Design Office, GOODS Sempels, Antwerp, BE
- Designed, developed, constructed, and arranged exhibitions at Antwerp Zoo and Animalpark Planckendaal.
- Complete paperwork and communicate with the European Union and Belgian government for subsidization of educational panels and signalization in the zoo.
- Designed and developed small product ideas for Marlux using SolidWorks 2003 and 3D Studio Max.
Side Projects
April 2005 – Present: Designer; Tim Biesemans Ligfietsen, Recumbent bicycle developer, Kapellen, BE
- Co-designed a frame for a 4-wheeled recumbent utility bike and developed a variation on it’s use in the form of a â€party bike†(barbecue, sound installation, space for drinks,etc)
- Design of several banners for the business used as promotional material
- Design of the logo/style of the â€Roadieâ€, a cheap recumbent bicycle for the rental market.

- Compared various CAD programs (SolidWorks 2003, Pro/E Wildfire, AutoDeskInventor, ThinkDesign 8, and Alias Wavefront ) for possible use in design education.

- Researched and studied city planning throughout history, focusing on European cities, and including a study of future city structural designs.
