What will YOU do as Data Analytics Intern

We are looking forking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our dynamic team in support of our Data Analytics department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and quality assurance in a real-world business environment. The intern will play a crucial role in helping us extract valuable insights from data to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and Analyze Data Inputs: Examine and assess various data sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Assist in the collection and preprocessing of data to prepare it for analysis.
  • Export Data from Research Sources: Retrieve data from login-based research platforms such as Kantar, CIM, and Nielsen Wizzad.
  • Develop and Implement Analytical Models: Collaborate with the Data Scientist to build and refine analytical models to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Troubleshoot Data Quality: Identify and address data quality issues, ensuring that data is consistent and reliable.
  • Create Dashboards and Reports: Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data insights using tools like Amazon Quicksight, DataStudio or similar platforms.
  • Naming Convention Compliance: Ensure that data files and reports adhere to naming conventions and organizational standards. Align with internal digital media teams to follow guidelines.
  • Scheduled and Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate both scheduled and ad-hoc reports, customize reports as needed, and automate report delivery where possible.
  • In-Depth Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Performance Optimization: Gather feedback on visualization, user-friendliness in regards to our tools and dashboards to improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as: Digital Marketing, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
  • Advanced Office Package skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Interest in data crunching and dashboards and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to convey data-driven insights effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (python, SQL) is a big plus
  • You speak English fluently (NL/FR are a plus)
  • You’re available for a minimum duration of 5 months
