The basics
Strong background in PHP development using frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, …)
Confident using MySQL, creating and adjusting relational database schemas
Solid understanding of Javascript, HTML and CSS
Experience with at least one Javascript framework (React, VueJs, Angular, …)
Solid understanding of the full web technology stack
Experience consuming third-party APIs
Version control using git
Successful track record of looking at requirements, putting together estimates and delivering projects on schedule
Additional skills
Experience with Drupal and WordPress
Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, …)
Passion for clean, maintainable code
Ability to quickly make sense of and update existing code bases
Experience with NodeJS
Familiar with setting up and managing a LAMP development environment using Linux command line
