We’re looking for a Junior UX designer who loves UX and UI design in the communication space and aims to become a thoroughbred Digital Communication Professional. Take a shot and introduce yourself! Besides the challenge itself obviously, we have a full-time position on offer.

You’ll be part of our digital design team in all its aspects. You’ll be asked to design and conceptualise anything and everything that deserves to be impactful from website interfaces, interactive applications, booth designs, content platforms, application interfaces to the odd video production. Anything we can trust you with once we get to know you. You’ll be an integral part of the studio team and work in close collaboration with the creative director specifically and our visual designers, content authors, content managers, developers and clients (when you’re ready for it) in general.

Requirements

• Passionate about communications, usability and customer experiences.
• Very passionate about great digital work.
• Relevant comms, language, psychology or other master, or an equivalent you’re ready to defend.
• Languages: decent English is a minimum, any and all additional language an obvious plus.
• Willingness to learn, work hard and in possession of a healthy dose of ambition. This job should lead places.
• Experience in a relevant agency environment of at least 2 years will probably be a differentiator.

Skills

• Experience in Creative Cloud Applications such Ai, Xd and/or equivalents.
• Experience with Balsamiq, Figma, UXPin or any other wireframe platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in discussing user experience ideas and requirements.
• Deep interest in digital design process and workflows.
• Ability to think.
• Ability to write.
• Ability to talk about your work.
• Ability to start over.
• You don’t need to be a full expert yet but aspiring to be one is a must.
• You don’t need to know Martin Oberhäuser but googling him before we meet shows you care.
