Designing and building digital products, experiences and solutions is what we do. Weâd also like our finished work to look neat and foolproof, as well as fun and convenient to interact with. You know, something users would like to come back to. Sure weâve got plenty of technical expertise, strategic prowess and the necessary design skills, but right now we need a UX/UI designer to help us raise the bar, guide our designers, and is capable of delivering quality work on time, every time.
More concretely, weâve got several agile product teams working directly with clients to continuously shape and build the digital product thatâs perfect for their needs. Go to market ASAP, then start iterating for maximum impact.
Because we're meticulous about starting small, and building only what's relevant, we don't sacrifice quality and we don't create stressful environment.
The key word here is âimpactâ. Both for our clients, and for the people working on all these cool projects. We do this by quite literally focusing on creating focus. Clear outcomes each week, one project at a time, no distractions.
No distractions also means not getting involved with any kind of corporate politics, and avoiding scope creep at all costs. Actually shipping products precedes everything in this regard.
Beyond that, expect a dynamic environment filled with young and ambitious people, as well as lots of project variety and room for R&D and personal growth. Also, no timesheets. We believe everyone has their own rhythm, and expectations are managed accordingly.
Weâd be lying if we said we werenât a big fan of tools; itâs how we stay efficient. Some experience with these is a bonus, but not a hard requirement. We care more about making sure colleagues can support one another, and help improve everyone's peace of mind. Plus we make sure to leave room for everyone to learn on the job.
Anyway, hereâs what we usually use:
Hereâs a concrete rundown of what youâll be doing at Bothrs, as a Design Hero:
We all have to start somewhere. Thatâs why passion and eagerness are things we look for the most. However, since this is more of a medior to senior position, relevant experience is mandatory. In any case, if youâre unsure whether youâre up to the task, here are some things weâre looking for in a position of UI/UX designer:
Believe us when we say our team of heroes means the world to us. Simply put, we care about three things: personal growth, having high impact, and getting paid. Itâs hard to get a company to thrive if the people in it canât grow along with it. And you canât force personal growth either; so where does the motivation to learn and grow come from? Thatâs right, itâs knowing your efforts are making a difference. Every day, we want you to leave the office with a sense of accomplishment. Oh yeah, and a nice paycheck also helps.
