Eastpak is looking for an exceptional UX & Web Analyst to join our UX Team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Let's talk about the role!

The UX & Web Analyst will create improved user journey experiences based on analytical data and using A/B testing tools as well as by following a mobile first mindset and designing friction-less experiences.

How you will make the difference...

You will shape the brand website and take it to the next level based on consumer data & behaviour by:

  • Using analytics to identify ways to improve performance and efficiency for eCommerce business. Identify key areas of opportunity as well as any pitfalls that jeopardise monthly/yearly goals.
  • Optimising the user experience through A/B testing with tools such as VWO
  • Creating improved UX designs & new experiences with a mobile first mindset
  • Building presentations/reports for executive management team
  • Utilising web analytics to evaluate site traffic flow, trends and construct promotion and campaign reviews.
  • Harnessing information from data to influence site design, layout, content, and navigation with a focus on customer usability, functionality, experience and ultimately revenue generation
  • Identifying insights from consumer data which will be shared with the marketing and merchandising team
  • Working with UX vendors to deliver timely, customer and revenue driven actions/results.

Skills for Success

You will have superior knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Content square to define, track and analyse key metrics related to:

  • eCommerce performance
  • Customer behaviour
  • Online marketing performance
  • Product performance

You will have a growth mindset and enjoy learning and growing your knowledge base and skills to add to your:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of Google Analytics, Content square or other web analytics tools
  • Experienced in A/B Testing
  • Experience with UX Designs and wire framing
  • Experience with UX Tools like Adobe XD
  • Experience in the apparel industry would be beneficial
  • Knowledge on techniques and principles of web development; experience with HTML/CSS/JS coding
  • Good knowledge and experience with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience in collating, analysing & presenting of data in a clear manner
