We are looking for an expert User Experience Designer to lead the design of new product features that optimise the end-to-end user experience of Mobito Data Exchange Management Platform.
Your focus will be on organising user research and testing, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and collaborating closely with the product team before delivering ready designs to the tech team.

As we are scaling our business and onboarding partners in our Mobility Data Marketplace, we are looking for a Senior UX / UI designer to play a key role in scaling our data exchange management platform. This role is best fit for a motivated individual with experience in designing people-centric digital platforms. Based in Athens, this position will have exposure to the whole spectrum of a high potential start-up in the mobility & data space.
What will you be doing?
Own the design process
Facilitate the product discovery by brainstorming, researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences
Execute all design stages from rough UX concept to final UI pixel perfect hand-off to engineering team
Work closely with Product team on identifying, framing, and prioritizing new needs
Set up user interviews and user testing mechanisms
Conduct usability testing, analysis, and reporting of insights
Maintain and update our design system
Benchmark industry best product practices
Who are we looking for?
3-5 years of experience in UX and UI design
Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology
Confident in creation of high-fidelity production-ready UI designs for tech products
Applied understanding of user research & interview methodologies and practices
Experience using both qualitative and quantitative analyses to measure the outcomes of good design
Highly skilled in design tools (figma)
Excellent EN communication skills
Familiarity with a tech-startup environment is a plus
Passion for intuitive digital interfaces is a must!
