  • granting full autonomy…
    • to put together and supervise an (external) developing team
    • to conduct technological analyses, to critically study the waiting architecture & stories and to discover & implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
    • in being a critical sounding board with regard to external (IT) parties, to explore and implement partnerships with regard to our the long-term objectives
    • in building quality assurance and data protection processes, ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
    • develop our SaaS further (now in product-market fit/early sales), launch the visualization hardware device and connect both to define clinical algorithms based on AI.

We’d like to count on you for:

  • performing some coding yourself, from time to time. React.js, Python and dotNet is what we currently use
  • dedicating half of your time to support, motivate and guide the tech team members
  • acting as a wingman for marketing & sales: connect with customers and implement their feedback
  • product testing and reporting towards the business management
  • be an idealist and stand for our social commitment

We expect you to

  • Be responsible & accountable
  • Have significant experience in software architecture, in agile development and building digital products from early-stage through to scaling and maturity.
  • Experience in project management to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Insatiable desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
