Be the digital lead in realizing the delivery of the right content to the right customer or patient at the right time, compliantly. 

Transform our digital Content Processes through technology supporting UCB’s upcoming product-launches and ensuring compliance in an agile, sustainable, and cost-effective manner.

Major accountabilities

Lead the technology vision on Content management enablers, increasing our organizational Go-to-Market impact through personalized digital content

  • Defining UCB’s digital content strategy, ensuring seamless global to local processes empowering the regional organizations in the localization & distributions processes
  • Setting and leading the implementation roadmap for the Content and Digital Asset Management framework (technology architecture, process, people change activities)
  • Communicate content strategy and vision to stakeholders including senior leaders

Generate foresight in the content clearance processes leveraging data opportunities

  • Turn data on past performance into insights and leading indicators
  • Integrate data feedback at the core to ensure purposeful and measurable operations

Modular and Agile content creation processes, including clearance automation opportunities through business process automation and AI

  • Generate impact through Modular Content and automated-review technology to reduce the time required to develop content through pre-approved content re-usability
  • Business process automation: Investigate opportunities to automate and implement next-generation tools and technologies (e.g. apply RPA bots for smart and consistent content tagging, apply image analytics to scan and flag non-compliant images)

Your profile

Knowledge and experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, digital asset management and Omnichannel automation opportunities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects across geographies in a matrix organization
  • Organized with good project and process skills to achieve targets. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Delivers with precision and accuracy.
  • Bringing the consultant-mindset: flexible, responsive and proactive, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

As a plus

  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and related business compliance context
  • Digital asset management platforms knowledge
