Take an active role in all aspects of our clients’ Social Media campaigns — identify brands’ issues, run competitive benchmarks, design paid media strategies, build architectures in the right formats, draft budgets, define relevant KPIs, execute, optimize and report on the campaigns.
Understand how Social Media platforms work ; develop, maintain and share knowledge on current and forthcoming formats, trends and tactics.
Manage projects from A to Z, from the initial client briefing until final delivery.
Advise your clients on communication and marketing strategies.
Oversee day-to-day communication with your clients.
Manage the financial performance of your clients.
Follow up timesheets, risks and unexpected changes proactively.
Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate for the Account and Campaign Manager position is fluent in French or Dutch (knowledge of English is mandatory) and has the following background and expertise:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in social campaign management and more specifically, the planning, execution and reporting of campaigns.
Able to understand a client’s needs, manage the client relationship, drive their satisfaction while carefully planning the allocation of resources.
Sharp strategic thinking. Understands the client’s business and can connect business challenges with social strategies/tactics.
Resourceful analytical skills. Understands, analyzes and interprets data to define actionable insights.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Good project management skills in web marketing & communication.
Pays attention to details and has a client-first mindset.
Stress-resistant, flexible and can work towards deadlines.
Strong team player but can also work independently.
Passionate and creative with a strong interest in music, trends and innovations.
