Senior Photo and Video Producer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute top-tier photo and video (online/social) projects, being hands-on and fully immersed in the creative process

• Collaborate closely with the creative team, showcasing your ability to work as a team player

• Lead and oversee all facets of photo and video production, managing pre-production, on-set activities, and post-production editing, while also being able to work independently and make critical decisions

• Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements, effectively communicating. You are the spokesperson for the production, working closely together with agencies and brands directly.
• Coordinate and direct photo and video shoots, orchestrating every detail, from location scouting and casting to equipment setup and props, in a way that mirrors Crush's artistic flair, demonstrating both teamwork and independent decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in photo and video (online/social) production

• Great project management skills, enabling the successful handling of multiple projects simultaneously

• Driving license and readiness to travel 

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is a plus
