Bonfire is a branding & marketing agency founded on the belief that we could help redefine the way to build & grow brands. We are looking for our superstar digital growth marketeer to join our team and fuel the growth of our agency and our clients of course.

Being at the forefront of brand marketing innovation, we will work together to completely change the brand building experience and help Bonfire grow as a go-to place to build and market any brand.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in design thinking & design sprint workshops
  • Develop, implement and execute a growth strategy to drive B2B & B2C customer acquisition across multiple channels and initiatives
  • Build, deploy, and guide data-driven marketing practices across all channels including Facebook, Social, Search, Email, Display, Video, etc.
  • Use A/B testing and growth hacking to test assumptions and build hypothesis-based tests
  • Work across all teams to plan, create, implement and oversee the generation of fully-integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and own our marketing dashboard consisting of the compilation of all data sources and visual representation of data insights
  • Create campaign reports to monitor performance and provide data-based recommendations on future optimisations and creative direction
  • Data, Data, Data. Did we mention we’re obsessed with data-driven marketing?
  • Use your creative mind to come up with viral marketing campaigns and ways to reach the target audience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a agency environment
  • Familiar with the growth hacking, design thinking and design sprint methodology
  • Proactive and passionate, resourceful & eager to learn every single day
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments, setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus
  • Big plus is experience in branding
