  • Digitalization is a key focus area of Commercial Excellence (Comex). You will play a major role in co-creating and implementing the digital roadmap for our Marketing strategy.
  • You lead the operational marketing team of B.I.G. which is composed of following disciplines: digital marketing operations, digital marketing tools and offline marketing.
  • You develop a true understanding of the digital and off-line marketing needs of our external and internal customers (which are mainly the marketing teams within the divisions).
  • You build know how in digital marketing tools that can be transferred and exploited on group level:
    • Automated Marketing Tools with Focus on Lead Generation and Actions
    • Online Visualizers, Digital Asset Management and Artificial Intelligence
    • Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Customer portals and Webshops
  • You build the link with offline marketing and digital tools
  • You have the right skills to interact with and build links with experts in Product Information Management systems (PIM)
  • You coordinate across different B.I.G. divisions: marketing events, showrooms, display and sample approach
  • You manage in cooperation with corporate communication and divisional marketing the positioning of our brands and corresponding house style


  • Minimum 8 Year Experience with online and offline marketing.
  • You have successfully co-created and implemented digital sales and marketing roadmaps
  • Experience with Product Information Management Systems and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Proven track record in Digital Customer Journey experiences
  • You have successfully led a team of marketeers and market researchers
  • Result oriented: manage progress KPI to achieve roadmap
  • Pragmatic
  • Data driven
  • Ability to partner with different stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Good comand of English, Dutch, French
