Bricsys, part of Hexagon’s PPM division, are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team based from Bricsys HQ in Ghent, Belgium. Digital Marketing Campaigns

The successful candidate must be able to plan and execute hands-on, integrated campaigns across the entire online ecosystem, from the web to social media and mobile applications.

Social Media

Support corporate marketing initiatives by planning, developing and executing online programs including:

  • Manage social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+
  • Develop new strategies and campaigns for social media programs
  • Create and maintain company-wide social media guidelines
  • Assisting the online Marketing Manager with corporate blog and podcasts

 Search engine marketing

  • Maintaining and refining our current Google Ads campaigns
  • Setup new Google Ads campaigns in local regions
  • Setup structured retargeting campaigns

Digital Operations

  • Manage operations selected websites including, but not limited to, scoping requirements, sourcing content, coordinating translations, producing graphics and populating content.  
  • Working closely with the design, communications (content) and IT teams, as well as outside agencies to plan and implement web initiatives 

Graphic Design

  • Participate in creative meetings, definition requirements, and execution of campaigns for online activities
  • Develop design concepts into layouts for web/screen applications


  • At least 1 – 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment and/or social media experience (in-house or agency) working with various digital channels (such as websites, search engines, social media, display ads, webcasting, email and mobile) 
  • Must be technology savvy and knowledgeable about the latest online trends / tools
  • Must have a proactive work style, take initiative with strong attention to detail 
  • Must possess analytical and creative skill balance
  • Excellent communication skills, ideally proficient in Dutch and English


  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google expert: SEO, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Optimize..
  • Experience with social: Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Advertising, Hotjar, Mailchimp, Instapage, Wordpress, and other marketing tools.


  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications-related field is beneficial
