What will you do? 

• You’ll have a blank page in planning and executing a new digital marketing strategy for the organization for both new and existing products.
• You'll develop and implement multichannel digital campaigns. 
• You'll (co-)create effective lead generation and qualification. Work on referrals and make data-driven optimizations. 
• You'll experiment with growth (hacking) strategies, measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• You'll position Extra Horizon as a thought leader in this space.
• You'll plan and execute a communication strategy towards stakeholders.
• You'll design, build and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter).
• You'll collaborate and coordinate with agencies and other partners.
• You'll start building a marketing team in close collaboration with the management.

Requirements

• A growth mindset
• Proven working experience in digital (B2B) marketing (+3 years)
• You are structured and well-organized
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong data-driven mindset
• You are pro-active & capable of thinking strategically, as well as hands-on for the execution 
• Demonstrable experience leading, optimizing, and managing landing pages, sales/buyer funnels, SEO/SEA, email, social media campaigns, 
• Sufficient understanding of Content Management Systems and marketing automation systems (HubSpot)
