As a Digital Marketer, your profile looks as following:

You are self-motivated and self-sufficient, and will be able to execute on strategies without being told what to do and without relying (too much) on other departments. You move rapidly and are obsessed with finding the best results; you know that you’ll more likely discover the best tactic on the 200th experiment than on the 20th.

  • Ability to run technology-based experiments on the site, on landing pages, and through marketing channels.
  • Basic experience coding on the front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience working with analytics tools — e.g. Google Analytics, MixPanel, and Optimizely — to drive decision-making.
  • An excellent familiarity with email, social, and search engine marketing channels.
  • Ability to work within a budget and calculate the customer acquisition costs for the experiments you are running.
  • Familiarity with marketing and growth tools that can be used to engage on-site users.
  • Very proficient in Dutch and English. French is a bonus.

The Digital Marketing role will include the following:

You will be the creative yet data-driven person on the team who's obsessed by growth. It's thanks to your fuel that our lead generation engine is going hard. On this journey you'll be working closely together with the sales team.

  • Be able to take high level strategy, define a hypothesis, and execute tests to validate those hypotheses
  • Be able to generate lots of ideas and evaluate them with very little cost or resources.
  • Identify, manage and implement “quick wins” (e.g.1-2 week) user acquisition experiments against established objectives/hypotheses across multiple channels, including social, email, content marketing, PR, SEO, and more traction channels.
  • Be data driven. Use data to support hypothesis. Understand how to analyze and judge effectiveness of funnels, campaigns, retention, and A/B tests.
