Wellness Kliniek has been the specialist in cosmetic plastic surgery and aesthetic dentistry in Belgium for over 20 years, is now opening a new clinic in Barcelona, and plans to open many new sites in coming years.

Wellness Kliniek is at a pivotal point in its development. As part of the expansion, Wellness Kliniek is looking for a driven and creative Social Media Community Manager, who will bring the unique approach of Wellness Kliniek to the attention of potential patients in multiple countries and clinics.

Job description

  • You build an online community strategy for our own platforms and set meaningful metrics to measure its success.
  • You closely follow, monitor and report activity on 3rd party communities.
  • Create excitement and engagement within the community by implementing innovative ideas.
  • You monitor trends and new techniques and advise on identified opportunities and possible reactions to them. 
  • You share our unique value proposition in a clear and understandable way across all social media channels and digital platforms
  • You collect 5-star reviews and relentlessly spread good worth of mouth.
  • You monitor for negative content and implement damage control protocols.
  • You measure the results of the various actions and adjust the strategy where necessary.

You will be a key factor of the marketing team and report directly to the digital marketing manager.


  • You are an experienced community manager with profound understanding of multiple Social Media channels.
  • You are entrepreneurial and sales driven.
  • You have a relevant degree and have at least 3 years of experience managing marketing and communication teams.
  • You have a strong track record of ideating and executing strategy for online communities, specifically focussed on community growth, engagement and sales.
  • You possess clear passion for engaging with people.
  • You enjoy a solid challenge and enjoy working in a young entrepreneurial team. 
  • Fluent Dutch, French and English are certainly an advantage.
  • You work from home or from or headquarters in Genk, Belgium.
  • Freelancers and part-timers are welcome.
