Then this brand new position of Customer Experience Manager at Miele is absolutely made for you! You will get the opportunity to use your expertise and to take our customer experience to the next level.

What you will be doing:

  • Based on good data analysis and your insights into the Customer Journey, you develop a Customer Experience and CRM strategy for Miele to enhance the customer experience and further expand the customer base. 
  • Implementing NPS (Net Promoter Score) and optimizing existing processes/flows for the further development and enrichment of the CRM platform.
  • Through good database management, forecasting (e.g. the impact of certain CRM activities or the predictions of purchasing behavior), monitoring and/or adjusting the KPIs, you contribute to the growth of the organization. 
  • Taking operational responsibility for the management and follow-up of the planning/activities and budget for the entire CRM project.
  • Through good interaction with your colleagues, you keep your finger on the pulse and know better than anyone how to generate new leads and bind customers to Miele.
  • In addition, you monitor the rules regarding personal data of our customers within the framework of the GDPR.
  • Working closely with our international marketing hub Miele X and the marketing departments of other countries.

The Customer Experience Manager we are looking for is/has:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing/communication sciences and 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Operational and hands-on attitude for the development of this new function.
  • A strategic mindset and likes change projects.
  • Analytical ability to process and work with insights from a database.
  • Can convince through creative and out of the box ideas.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
