Iristick creates industrial smart glasses to support enterprises in their digital transformation. Iristick smart glasses are ruggedized, certified safety glasses with 2 cameras with a powerful optical zoom lens, barcode scanner, voice commands, unrestricted field of view and ‘full-shift’ battery capacity. Key accountabilities

The ideal candidate will lead all omni-channel marketing, communication, collateral & content development, and generation programs. He/she has an in-depth understanding of traditional & new media channels, in combination with strong copywriting skills. This is a hands-on position ensuring employer branding, brand stewardship, driving content, education, awareness & lead generation. He/she will provide support to the commercial organization for key tradeshows, events & webinars. He/she will play a key role in helping define and roll out our packaging & product branding strategy. He/she will also work hand in hand with our digital marketeer and help support the digital tools & web content/management.

Your duties will include

  • Collaborate with the commercial team & digital marketeer to translate business initiatives into integrated marketing communications plans (content, education, awareness, lead generation) using multiple communication channels (traditional media, online programs, integrated digital marketing campaigns,…)
  • You are comfortable doing your own copywriting & briefings to develop all visual material & key marketing collateral, but also collaborate closely with external agencies when things get outsourced (translations, promotional items, and other creative assets). 
  • Own and/or provide direction to the design of all collateral, packaging material, communication & sales presentations to ensure the right use of our brand and messaging as the ambassador of the Iristick house-style
  • Drive omni-channel campaigns from concept to execution that help drive value and sales impact:
    • Apply guerilla marketing techniques to get a foot in the door with prospects & customers
    • Help bootstrap our inbound customer base (webinars, (e-)mailings, events, workshops, video’s etc.)
    • Help define the (digital) customer journey per key vertical
    • Develop and execute participation to tradeshows, congresses & networking events (primarily in EU and US) in partnership with the commercial team, including ownership of (digital) lead generation marketing
    • Measure and report performance of all offline marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI/KPI’s)
    • Partner with product management, commercial team & CTO/engineering department to generate marketing material
    • Collaboration with CEO/CCO/CTO on special communications projects, PR / media relations and further building employer branding
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our key target verticals & customers, profile buyer persona’s, understanding their decision processes. 

Your profile

  • You are an all-round marketing communications expert with a strong mix of strategic/tactical/operational skills
  • You have experience with indirect sales channels and B2B (industry/healthcare) partnerships.
  • You have a passion for technology
  • Ideally, you check most of following boxes:
  • 5-10 years of business experience incl. 5 years of all-round marketing communications experience
  • Successful track record of implementing marketing communications plans in a B2B market (healthcare, industry, oil & gas, …)
  • Academic background: bachelor or master degree in marketing and/or economic
  • Strong writing skills (ability to translate customer requirements & product features in story-telling articles)
  • Experience or strong affinity with graphic design is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, co-working tools ( TEAMS-ZOOM etc.) & CRM platforms, Google Analytics and Adwords. 
  • Entrepreneurial and business development spirit with a strong sense of accountability
  • Convincing and charismatic communicator with a flawless command of English
  • Experience in product management in a technical field is a plus
