As a Junior Creative Crowdsourcing Expert you are member of our Expert Services team, housing Social Intelligence experts, Semioticians, and Culture and Trends consultants. At InSites we are fortunate to have a window into the lives of thousands of consumers (the 90) from across the world via our ongoing research communities. Our experts offer additional perspective beyond primary research by listening to and collaborating with cultural curators (the 9) and creative minds (the 1). Our expertise coupled with our closeness to real consumers makes us ideally positioned to address the complex challenges arising in today’s world.

As a Junior Creative Crowdsourcing Expert you will look after our eÿeka creator network (www.eyeka.com), which counts +425,000 creative minds and spans +167 countries across the globe. This dedicated network is always on, providing our clients with fresh ideas faster than any traditional creative process.

You will be working alongside and guiding our research consultants to empower people to shape the future of brands. Through your passion for people, creativity and innovation, you’ll inspire like-minded creatives to join and contribute to our eÿeka community, as well as help our research consultants make the most out of the eÿeka offer to help create new and hot ideas for a variety of companies.

The role itself will range from translating the business challenge into an engaging creative brief, over moderating the crowdsourcing activity to analysing and reporting the best ideas. You’ll guide and shape the direction of projects for (household) brands in global markets. These projects can range from packaging and communication creative designs, over product, concept and solution designs.

You’ll join a rapidly growing team within a fast-growing business, offering consultancy that goes beyond traditional research, and you will become (co-)responsible to further develop the solution and to manage the global online community of creatives.

You will strongly collaborate with a Network Specialist that will help you in managing the community (eg recruiting members, handling incentives, etc.) and the Head of Expert Services in developing the proposition of the network towards creatives.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside primary researchers at each key stage of the research project (briefing, creative brief, managing output, analysis and reporting) to independently provide insights and analyse creative output from the network, to a high standard, to time and on budget;
  • Apply the Crowdsourcing offer to client briefs, supporting sales activities, attend pitches / renewals;
  • Manage and engage our eÿeka community through interesting content and further develop the network.
  • Help develop the InSites Consulting crowdsourcing solution and keep it up to date by identifying new ways of collaborating with our creative network and developing crowdsourcing techniques and solutions.
  • Promote individual expertise to clients via our blog, reports, client workshops and briefing sessions; and to internal consultant teams through trainings and guidelines
  • Present at conferences and InSites Consulting seminars and write articles for marketing;
  • Input into the annual Expert Services department plan and support its day-to-day implementation.
