Are you the creative mind that can translate the requests from sales, customers into a well designed happy and healthy workspace anywhere? As Interior Architect or Designer, you might join our BuzzFamily soon!

Within the Project Care team we are looking for an Interior Architect or Designer to reinforce the team and enlarge our support to the sales teams. Your main role is developing design solutions (space planning offices | small booths | pop ups), acoustic and acoustic lighting specifications, based on the various requests received through the different sales channels or from the Marketing team.

You will be based in Antwerp reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and be part of the Marketing team.

What you’ll do here?

As Project Designer at BuzziSpace,

  • You are part of the Project Care team and the ‘go to’ person for generating inspiring design solutions for each of the proposals, requested by the worldwide field and sales teams
  • You work closely together with our Acoustic Consultant to deliver inspiring ideas for workspaces.
  • You design and space-plan solutions (in Pcon) and perform acoustic and lighting assessments, always meeting our claim of ‘Happy Healthy Workspaces’and within the committed timelines
  • You generate a pitch presentation including renderings of the proposals, counterproposals, acoustic performances, lighting performances and argumentations referring to the initial brief of the customer or the BuzziSales colleagues
  • From time to time, you will act as a project leader to follow up on installation of pop ups or changes in BuzziSpace showrooms
  • You are responsible for keeping track of the proposals by using the CRM system
  • You liaise with our service and install team
  • You also support the Marketing team with the creation of visual assets, renderings of products and projects for sales presentations, webinars, digital content creation
  • You create ‘mock-up’ support information upon request
  • You keep up with the trends in workplace design

We’d love to hear from you if …

  • You have a degree in interior design or interior architecture
  • You are eager to get started with us! Eagerness to start your career is way more important than working experience. Your colleagues – Senior Project Designer and Global Acoustic Consultant will be your mentors in the journey
  • You are proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe and MS Office
  • You have the ability to manage and ensure timely delivery of designs
  • You have great communication skills and are a true team player
  • As we are working in a global market, proficiency in English and Dutch is required. Other languages are for sure an asset
  • Experience in organizing fairs is a plus
