Let’s talk about the role!     

The Digital Graphic Designer is a new role in the EMEA Brand & Marketing team that will be responsible for elevating our brand story through compelling digital content.  In this role you’ll be responsible for the creating of new content and the adaptation of existing (global) content. You’ll be reporting to the EMEA Content Manager, also based in Antwerp. As a Digital Graphic designer, it’s very important to have an eye for conversion, graphic design, and fashion in an elevated way.

Job Details - our Digital Graphic Designer will deliver unbeatable results whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role:   

  • Deliver effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product, email promotional creatives, email templates, social media graphics, banner ads etc.
  • Ensure proper alignment with the global team ensure brand consistency and integrity of the creative vision across all (digital) customer touch points.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to align on usability, accessibility, and web standards.
  • Be conversion driven and follow up on KPI’s to get the best results.
  • Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning for banner ads and e-commerce environment assets for partners like Zalando, and Amazon.
  • Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
  • Must have a passion and understanding of the changing digital world and be constantly pushing the boundaries of digital design to drive the business goals.

What you need to succeed?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or creative studies required
  • At least 1- 2 years’ experience in digital design and creative development. 
  • Motion graphics & animation is a must
  • Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, inDesign, AfterEffects and Illustrator to create a variety of still, animated and video digital assets
  • Strong online portfolio required (please provide a small portfolio or samples along with your application)
  • Proven examples of your creative in successful campaigns and projects
  • Understanding of the Kipling brand as well as the fashion & travel lifestyle industries
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
