Kipling Global is looking for an exceptional Global Digital Graphic Designer to join our Global Marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Today, Kipling has retail stores in over 200 locations, including Paris, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and São Paulo. Kipling is sold in over 500 corners and shop-in-shops inside department stores plus distribution across 4,200 multi-brand stores and websites. We are a global leader in selling qualitative, durable bags designed for everyone.

Let’s talk about the role!     

You as Global Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for driving the graphic execution of brand messages and campaigns, following the marketing strategy and calendar in alignment with the brand look & feel. Working closely with the different marketing channels. You will support the delivery of best-in-class brand experience and consumer journey to our customers and audiences in all touchpoints. This position focus on Brand right communication. Cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration is key to success.


How You Will Make a Difference

As our Global Digital Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand and on-strategy creative for:

  • Global toolkits, working closely with other graphic designers and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment, including banner sizing, cropping and versioning,
  • Kipling.com: creation of web page, newsletters & content pages, closely working together with the regional e-commerce teams,
  • Creation of social media content (E.g. video & imagery)
  • Digital advertising, including banner sizing and versioning,
  • Support in video editing for seasonal sales meetings,
  • Support digital key accounts, including banner sizing and versioning
  • Day to day follow-up of the Kipling brand portal, The Dot (update with new campaigns, manage graphic requests, etc)
  • Bi-weekly newsletter design to keep regions up to date of recent campaigns, toolkits, available content
  • Support on B2B initiatives such as catalogue lay-outs
  • Support on presentation lay-outs, making sure all decks are brand aligned

Skills for Success

  • A formal education in digital (graphic) design or graphic communications
  • 2-3 years of experience in web marketing / web design / social media design / E-comm
  • Creative person with the ability to concept and design with an eye for detail
  • Experienced in video editing & animation skills including but not limited to Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, typography, and layout best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a definite plus
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong time management with demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced,
