You’re good in your job: 

• You join the content team to provide content with a focus on digital/social for national and international brands.  
• You work closely with the team to create impactful content, stories and videos 
• You create and develop multimedia (audio/video) 

• You possess technical skills in video and post-production: you can film, photograph, edit and (basic) motion design. 
• You craft ideas further into execution. 
• You get joy out of crafting content that grabs the attention.  
• You are good at being best not first. At spotting the trends, feeling the bern, shorting the squeeze, tweeting the tweets, posting the posts, pinning the pins, because the internet is your playground.  
• You work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities. 
   

You’re good as a person:

• You have a positive attitude. 
• You’re young at heart (eagerness trumps experience) . 
• You adapt, grow & learn along the way .
