Our claim to the market is: “building the agency of the future”. This is not an arrogant proposition. It’s a goal. Something to strive for. It’s a mission we believe every agency should embrace, because we all know the advertising of tomorrow will be different from the advertising of the last decade. And yes, technology plays an undeniable role in this revolution. Our vision of “the agency of the future” is about collaboration and integration. We don’t believe in divisions between media-buying and creative work. They need to work together, way more than they are typically doing today. It’s also about aligning image building marketing with performance campaigns. It’s about striving for effectiveness instead of mere efficiency. Our offices are located in the innovation-breathing neighbourhood of de Vaartkom in Leuven. Our team consists of 30-some (and growing fast) young creatives, media experts, strategists, project & account managers, developers, motion designers and graphic designers. All of whom are equally extraordinary, incredibly enthusiastic and driven to create cool stuff.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced team of Digital Creatives. Who are in the first place concept creators. Perhaps you already work together. If not, you can also apply seperately (in that case you can assist us in looking for your ideal team mate ;-). One might be more graphically inclined, the other might have a more literary mind, but we don't necessarily stick to the old categories of AD and copywriter. Blended profiles are welcome.

We need two creatives who think on a next level and know their shit about attention-craving campaigns across platforms. You will be working intensively with other creatives who share one and the same goal: inventing extraordinary concepts and elaborating them. To the bone. Yes, we expect from you that you are capable and willing to transform your great concepts into great assets. Online always, but also often offline. Because great ideas are channel-independent, aren't they?

We further believe that integration between our different departments (creative, media and technology) is key. So you will have to be capable of drawing inspiration from them, as well as inspiring them yourself. In short, you are not just creative but like a genuine renaissance (wo)man broadly interested in tech, innovation and media. Exploring the creative possibilities of AI. Being curious about Dynamic Creative Optimisation (in which AdSomeNoise is a forerunner). Feeling excited when you are asked to exploit the opportunities of real-time advertising in DOOH's (digital outdoor advertising). And so on, you get the point.

What you will do

  • Come up with our next award-winning multi-channel concept (preferably an Effie ;-).
  • But also create our next top-shelf banner campaign.
  • Create content, from static to dynamic, photo to video, classic shoot to AI.
  • Define the design system of a brand or campaign, and make our designers stick to it. And the same goes for copy tone-of-voice.
  • Interact with a diverse team of strategists, AD's, copy's, motion designers, media specialists, etc.

Who you are

  • You think digital first, offline later (just like everybody in the audience does).
  • You have at least 5-7 years agency experience, and a book that just needs to be seen.
  • As a kid you wanted to be an inventor, so innovation is a turn-on.
  • Hallo, hello et bonjour all sound familiar to you.
  • Eat, sleep, popular culture, repeat.
  • You love a team, but you also fly solo.
  • You know at least one party trick that we don’t.
