Then this new position of "Key Account Manager E-Commerce" is made for you! You will have the opportunity to go all the way and bring the E-Commerce story at Miele to a top level!

What you will be doing:

  • Based on thorough monitoring and analysis (data and traffic) of E-commerce, identify and optimize sales targets (volume, revenue, gross margin) to be in line with Miele's innovative and strategic policies.           
  • Coordinating and implementing the sales strategies for all digital sales channels, this in close consultation with the marketing department and our dealers in order to efficiently bind consumers to Miele and improve their customer experience. 
  • By closely monitoring the results, you make adjustments so that the sales targets are achieved, the online market share increases above average in volume and value, and the targets are translated into concrete action plans.
  • You are in close contact with our dealers (Key Accounts) and the business for the negotiation (cost price, layout, branding, etc.) and effective roll-out of the campaigns.
  • In- and external SPOC for all digital sales channels of authorized Miele distributors, you identify the critical points, offer guidance by using your expertise and transfer knowledge
  • Ensuring a premium online presence thanks to excellent cooperation with the relevant departments within Miele so that all business opportunities are exploited.

The Key Account Manager E-Commerce we are looking for has/is:

  • A Bachelor, preferably in marketing/communications/business management, or is equivalent through experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant expertise and knows everything about E-commerce and web shops (click and mortar retailers).
  • Proficient with various online tools to make the right analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical eye.
  • A commercial and action-oriented attitude and makes the translation to the business, dealers and our consumers.
  • Communicates fluently (NL/FR/ENG) and is strong in making critical points open for discussion.
