Moonbird is a healthtech startup with HQ in Brussels. At Moonbird we develop physical and digital tools to help people do breathing exercises, adding to their mental wellbeing. We are finalizing our product development, performed our first user tests and launched our B2C pre-order campaign in March 2020 with full launch expected at Q1 2021. Our mission is to help people achieve a desired state of mind and, as such, ultimately to improve the mental wellbeing of people worldwide. To help us achieve our mission, we are looking for a Customer Success Expert to join us. Being the first CS Expert, you will be the driving force and cornerstone of our after-sales process and customer relations.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication or practical experience in Customer Support
  • Very good level of wrien Dutch and English, another language is a plus
  • Creative communication style, always happy to help others
  • High customer-centricity and natural, positive enthusiasm
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in social media
  • Comfortable working in a high paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality and good project management skills
  • Good sense of humor

Your responsibilities

  • Engage and communicate with our customers via various channels
  • Manage and track incoming messages and share insights with the HW and SW developments teams (bugs, feature requests...)
  • Oversee, manage and optimize our overall customer care process to increase speed, quality, and our overall NPS score
  • Content creation for FAQ, manuals...
  • Deliver great customer care and give our customers a smile on their face
