WE ARE LOOKING FOR a MARCOM specialist with a BIG LOVE for the MINI brand

  • Are you passionate about communication, do you have experience in the field automotive or lifestyle? Do you have at least 8 years of experience in marketing/communications on the agency or client side?
  • CRM, Marketing automation, SEO, SEA, DCO doesn’t sound foreign to you?
  • You understand the importance & relevance of digital communications & a 1-on-1 communication approach in today’s fast pacing & overwhelming world of vocal brands.

  • For our client MINI we are looking for a MarCom specialist or as we call it a MINI CLIENT LEAD for the Local BELUX Marcom Engine setup.

What is the Marcom Engine?

  • The Marcom Engine is the biggest transformation project in sales and marketing in the automotive Industry.
  • THE MARCOM ENGINE is a unified architectural structure that fully integrates strategic and creative asset production and an ecosystem with 3 agencies: Serviceplan, MediaMonks & Berylls.
  • Our focus is on data-driven activation and efficient asset development. This includes increasing asset availability and flexibility, even when short notice.
  • As a transnational agency operating system for all European markets, THE MARCOM ENGINE comprehensively integrates the classic marketing disciplines of strategy, creation, and production with all relevant aspects of the customer journey - while raising them to a high-tech level.
  • This includes all areas of data-driven performance marketing and analytics, marketing automation, programmatic media, and CRM support.
  • THE MARCOM ENGINE focuses on advanced customer data analytics, highly automated communications production and delivery, digital media, and strong e-commerce support.

  • You are the go2 person for the MINI Marketing Director & MarCom team
  • You are a strategic thinker and love brainstorming about business objectives, positioning.... & love to inspire the client
  • You are the best project manager in the world, never miss a deadline & know how to get things done.
  • You speak Dutch and English and have notions of French.
  • You are an enabler for TEAM WORK even if different agencies are involved.


  • The day-to-day contact with our clients, receiving briefings, analyzing them thoroughly and transmitting them to the strategic/creative/media/production teams.
  • You understand our client's business objectives & create a relationship of trust with them.
  • We count on you to steer your team making timings, detailed budgets & ensure good roll out, implementation and adoption of solutions by the relevant teams. You verify if the deliverables achieve the desired quality and whether they are aligned with the client’s strategic goals & you establish our work as a high rated quality label. You put client satisfaction above all.
  • You organize and set clear expectations regarding tasks and deliverables.
  • You prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including client budgets, status reports, internal meeting notes, client meeting reports and more.
  • You report to the Local Marcom Engine Lead (group account director), responsible for the local market implementation of the new agency ecosystem.
