As we are scaling our business and onboarding partners in our Mobility Data Marketplace, we are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in our sales activities. This role is best fit for a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude that is eager to be involved in the whole B2B selling process, from lead generation and sales material preparation to managing clients. Based in our office space at London or Athens and working with the business development team at Mobito, this position will have exposure to the whole spectrum of a growing company that is positioning as a key player in the mobility data economy space.

What will you be doing?

  • Primary focus is on the identification, qualification and sourcing of data suppliers and data consumers in target areas of our Data Marketplace
  • Run sales automation tools (e.g. phantom buster/sales navigator)
  • Manage of designated Marketplace Accounts
  • Cultivate Mobito's network by participating in physical and digital mobility conferences
  • Create and monitor business development metrics and leads’ status
  • Pro-actively seeking ways to add value for customers

Who are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years of experience in business developer roles or sales experience in a “closing” capacity gained ideally in a startup with a focus on b2b market
  • Demonstrable outstanding capabilities gained through work or educational experience
  • A strong "hunter" mentality with the ability to prospect, qualify and close deals
  • Genuine interest in mobility space and data market
  • Self-driven with strong sense of ownership
  • Great verbal & written presentation skills
