Serviceplan Brussels is currently looking for an account manager to oversee daily client activities, identify new business, organize client meetings, obtain project briefs and supervise projects from conception through completion, especially for our client L’Oréal Belgilux.

Main responsibilities

Are you a proactive, solutions-focused, detail-oriented, response-driven marketer? You’re ready to manage ongoing client relationships. You enjoy developping plans to meet client goals and identify new potential marketing opportunities on client’s behalf? You use internal resources and outside partners to ensure successful development? Development and management of job detail for ongoing monitoring of client projects is your religion? You manage client budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and accurate invoicing. You can identify opportunities on behalf of client and recommend solutions for increased return. You maintain a P&L statement on your client, managing each relationship to profitability.

Desired skills and experience

  • Most importantly, you’re energetic, enthusiastic, good-hearted, and you love advertising
  • 1-3 years of account management experience across all media and industries
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in French and Dutch. English is a plus.
  • Show dexterity in maintaining and strengthening client relationships
  • Goal-oriented team player with ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Meticulous organizational, analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • You are autonomous, hands-on & stress-resistant
