Responsibilities (it might look like it takes multiple personalities)

  • You’ll be the bossy pants that will be responsible for the preparation of the complete project and closely follow the predetermined time schedule, budget and objectives.
  • You’ll be the meticulous person that will monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including the follow-up of KPIs & content.
  • You are responsible for the administration, invoices, communication and budget management of the project, in other words everything depends on you…but hey, we don’t want to make you feel stressed or anything.
  • You’ll be the multitasker that takes care of the organisation & follow-up projects, including studio arrangement, crew organisation, video projects, contact and briefing influencers, finding respondents, ...

Work conditions

  • Location: In the ❤ of Antwerp, with the most enthusiastic team you’ll ever meet.
  • Travel: Mostly office based but can involve travel within the working day to visit clients.
  • Working hours: Mainly 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. But please don’t hate us if you have to stay longer to meet particular deadlines.

Education & experience level

  • A degree in a field related to communications or marketing is a nice extra, but not a must.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a relevant function.

Skills

  • You feel completely comfortable within a result-oriented approach.
  • You are responsible, structured and communicative.
  • Your communication skills (both written and oral) in Dutch must be off the charts. (French is a big plus)
  • You are driven, learn fast and have a healthy dose of enthusiasm.
  • Strong affinity with online media and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • You are social media savvy, meaning you can use Facebook and other social media confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and setting up advertising campaigns
  • Great leadership skills, if we haven’t mentioned that enough yet ;)
