BeeBole Timesheet, with a proven record of 10 years in the SaaS world, is seeking a marketing freelancer with experience in B2B to manage our voice and content on social networks, as well as on targeted and niche Q&A forums and other channels. The ultimate goal for this role is to help us increase our brand awareness and build a reputation of expertise on workforce management.

We are a small distributed team in Belgium, Spain and the US. The position is remote.


You’ll be our Outreach and Social Media Manager, working with our marketing team and reporting to our CMO.

Responsibilities. Common tasks could include, for example:

  • Work with marketing team to develop and implement social network content tactics.
  • Feed our social channels with meaningful content.
  • Build relations with profiles that could be potentially relevant, whether as a business or to our marketing content as guest collaborators.
  • Monitor targeted (and transversal) keywords and content across channels, social networks, and forums.
  • Find discussions on Quora, Linkedin groups, etc. where we could post relevant content as helpful answers.
  • Write great posts.
  • Help marketing team find media outlets / earned media mentions.
  • Define and manage strategies to get more reviews and testimonials.
  • Help SEO manager find interesting outlets for link-building (as the outcome of your monitoring).
  • Act as a brand ambassador for brand expertise: seeding helpful comments in popular or relevant posts in our industry.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in similar position
  • Proven experience in B2B and SaaS
  • Advanced knowledge of social media (tools and tactics) and B2B, Q&A sites, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of monitoring tools
  • Analytics-savvy
  • Preferably English as mother tongue. Other valued languages: Spanish, French
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal oversight (this soft skill becomes extremely relevant in a remote and distributed team)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient

Compensation and workload would be discussed during interviews, but we are looking for a freelancer with approx availability of 50-70 hours / month.
