We are a remote company from Belgium that helps startup and scale-ups in the tech ecosystem grow. Besides developing high-quality digital products, we also shape our clients’ teams and the way they work so that they thrive. We help companies build digital products. The *helping* aspect is pretty important. We try to only do projects that are the core of our client's business, and that we believe in ourselves. We do two types of projects: - *Ghostwriting startups* — They have an idea and want to start building. We start the project and build a team on their side when they are ready for it (most likely close to the launch). - *Gordon Ramsay's Startup Nightmares* — A startup is struggling, we will evaluate the team/process/product with an audit. After this, we might jump in to help while we reshape things. Basically we can cover all services that fall under the CTO: product, engineering, hiring… We love to be involved in all of these for maximum impact. By having something to say on multiple levels we can work more efficiently and deliver high value without much overhead (process).
