| My interests are in the field of graphic design (information design) and research and I am looking for a job where the combination of these two are possible, where theory and design can be combined. I also have a strong interest in empirical studies and testing of applications and their usability. I am open for jobs outside of Belgium. |
During my postgraduate studies at Transmedia my research was in the field of graphic design, more precisely information visualization and mapping. For my final project I researched on possible representations of a line through the thematic of borders. The border as an interface. 2006 - 2008
During the last two years (2007 - 2008) I gained experience at Hoet&Hoet (Rixensart) - graphic design; SomethingEls (BXL - part-time job) - graphic design; Namahn (BXL) - an exploration of RIA's, proposals for an application structure, navigation scheme and mock-up for an online saving simulator; visualization of a users mental model; Several freelance jobs (print and web).
My graduation project at the Graphic Design department was a study in information design, "snooze - visualizing morning rituals". 2002 - 2006
