With RTT only reaching its 12 th birthday this year, we are still relatively young. However, we have grown quite a lot over the past 12 years. We have lots for you to do:
Even before the prototype is finished our Content Production teams will start visualising our customer’s product communication with an attention to detail that makes it impossible to distinguish the visualisation from the real thing. No matter whether film, print or content for product configurators – it’s all about the integration of the viewers via interactive functions, drawing them into an active experience of the customer’s brand identity.
In this position you will guide and manage the production teams that create marketing and design assets for our customers. Furthermore you take over the following tasks:
- Strategic planning of production process and process improvements in cooperation with sales and external clients
- Overviewing all running and upcoming productions and ensuring that projects run in time and budget
- Keeping customers, Content Production teams as well as external service providers informed about production related issues
- Supporting the teams in technical feasibility and solutions, evaluating and refining the processes
- Developing the teams according to requirements
- Supervise administration of office and HR
- Supporting the sales team
About you:
We are looking for talented and exceptional people, who are willing to get new things off the ground and are thrilled to work in the 3D area. What else do we require for the position?
- University degree with creative and/or technical background as well as know how in the automotive industry
- At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable position including staff management, preferably in a CGI/media production environment
- Experience with some 3D visualisation software such as RTT DeltaGen or Autodesk Maya is a plus
- Independent, solution-oriented method of working with outstanding team and communication skills
- Effective problem solving skills
- Very good English skills
