Art Director - Vintage Productions, Antwerpen
Vintage Productions is an independent communication agency, located in Antwerp,
Belgium. We develop integrated, boundary crossing communication concepts for our multinational clients.
Our Visualisation team is looking for a motivated Art Director with a hands-on mentality and a minimum of 5 years working experience. You would be visualising concepts and carry out creative ideas that effectively communicate the client’s strategy. This involves understanding and using technical (product) information targeted at a B2B and B2C market. You interact with other departments (Content, Communication Technology and Client Services). You master all preparations for printing, prepare/organise photoshootings and take final responsibility for the work done by suppliers (photographers, illustrators, lithographers and printers). If required, you attend briefing sessions at clients.
Skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work with deadlines (not a 9 to 6 mentality)
- Ability to handle a variety of accounts
- Ability to respond to immediate or unexpected design needs
- Higher graphical degree (e.g. St-Lucas / De Academie …)
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML, MacOS, …
- Knowledge of 3D and web design, multimedia, electronic publishing and graphics
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products or services. This includes know-how of marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Possession of driving license (B)
