We are growing ever since we started and are currently looking for a junior customer care manager. And please note that at WE LIKE YOU, we only differentiate in terms of the quality and motivation you can bring, never when it comes to gender, ethnicity or religion. 

Are you the one? 

You

• have a secondary school diploma and a great affinity with languages;
• absolutely L-O-V-E social media, and wouldn't mind spending most of your time on online platforms;
• are fluent in written Dutch, French (even though Deepl is your best friend sometimes) and English;
• would love to be responsible for the follow-up of our clients' online communities, filling your days with responding to (sometimes funny, sometimes serious and sometimes just weird) questions and remarks on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn;
• are not afraid to take a deep dive into brands and companies in different industries and countries, because - whether it's about pizza, baking powder or logistic services - no question you receive is too hard for you;
• were born to engage social communities and like to get the conversation going;
• are keen on growing our clients' follower base on Instagram and TikTok, building their communities on a daily basis;
• are detail-oriented and organized (but hey, it’s okay if it’s just you who finds structure in your own creative chaos);
• are a high-energy, self-motivated team player with a great attitude, able to work with grace under pressure;
• are ready for a job where Mondays don’t suck, Savage Thursdays are a thing and cheesecake counts as lunch.
